Why if McBush's GI bill was so great did only 12 Repub US Senators endorse it...and why did 25 Repub Senators join with Dem Senators to pass the Webb/Hagel bill overwhelmingly?
As for referencing anything Phil Gramm says about finance, I am not certain if you have followed his guidance to McBush regarding economics, and his comment that this nation has become a "nation of whiners" and we're "in a mental recession". McBush chose Gramm to be his campaign's financial advisor, but who the campaign now has managed to kept under wraps since those remarks. Phil/Wendy Gramm have done very nicely for themselves and I disagree with him that we are a "nation of whiners" and we are "in a mental recession". We ARE a nation struggling under The Decider's irresponsible economic policies and many are out of a job...US unemployment spiked to 6.1% in August - highest in FIVE years!
