Well I think the complaint by Spooz against former employees is just a diversion to keep this scam going. Judging from the lack of progress and apparent willingness to use mediation it seems to fit the bill. A lot more so then the idea Spooz's sole reason of current total failure is attributed to two former employees. That notion is a little over the top and rather convenient.
Years of failure and suspicious actions are all erased because they file a complaint against a couple employees?
