Thank you, Fatt Matt, for saving me the trouble of piping up. It's enough to say that I agree with your sentiments. Let's keep the focus here where Gary wants it to be----CBQI. While he is part of CBQI, he has not had a chance to establish a trach record. Let's give him that chance. Over time, each of us will be able to develop an opinion of the strengths and weaknesses of the company's IR effort. Right now, I'm hoping he gets a lot of work in a short period of time. Yes, Bart, let's make this guy EARN his table scraps. LOL! Give him a whole slough of PRs about material events.

Matt As of November 12, 2000, there were 69,946,152 shares of common stock, at $.001 par value, outstanding of which Quantum Group's Series D preferred stock was converted into 733,333 shares of the Company's common stock on August 31, 2000.

Presently, the free trading float is 21,153,831:

. 2,000,000 Post RS Nov. 1998
. . 280,000 S8 .50 Options 1998
. . 873,831 @ $2.125 Exercised Options
----------------------------------------
. 3,153,831 Known Free Trading Float
18,000,000 for the reverse merger of Cyberquest.

I do not know of any Convertible Debentures ever being issued.

HEY Fatt Matt: You're wrong...I stood to gain nothing from any other's appointment as IR...And the only reason I was talking solely about this is because it did pertain to cbqi and until this morning's PR, there was nothing else to talk about regarding cbqi...that is, no new changes. BTW, I said I offered my full support...crunch
