No, no. If a category is Product/Services, you don't call it PS1a, etc. Just start the numeration with the first category. It does not matter the category name is. The first category listed will begin with 1 and each item under that category would begin with 'a' making that 1a, etc. See?

Then, if one wants to reference anything, they can refer to item 1a, or 5c, or 8d, etc. See?

No need to re-name any category or shift placement. All that can stand as is. You can start at the top with a number one for the first category, number two for the second category, etc. Robert's suggestion is excellent. See where he broke down several questions as an example?
