I assume nothing is being done because I have been told it is in the works for OVER TWO YEARS NOW. I don't pull out because long term capital losses are not exciting. At this point it is worth the wait to see if everything is true and we're all goint to be happy or if it is a scam and we've all been screwed. With every passing day the latter seems more likely even through we are supposed to be heading for the former.
If they are giving shares for drilling they are still giving them out at pennies on the dollar. If I were a driller getting paid to drill I would not accept shares below market value because I cauld take my drilling cash and go buy them at market prices. Why would I charge half when I could buy them on Scottrade AND they wouldn't be restricted?????
C'mon REAZO, these KS drillers are businessmen, not turnip farmers... I find that scenario quite outrageous, you really think any vendor would discount their billing if only HMGP would allow them the privilege of issuing them stock instead of cash???
If they think HEMI's prospects are that wonderful, they could just take the cash and buy HMGP, it trades every day from 930 to 400.
