#1176 RE: stlogic #1175

STL, Agree. I have seen Aspen make money during times of low commodity prices before. That is one of the reasons I stayed invested. Now they are not. The vision may be becoming blurred. Time to refocus.

Without an in depth look at the numbers, and I am not an accountant, these things quickly come to mind.

1, Jack put your political ambitions aside until we get a better footing.

2, I have in following the sector read of many companies, probably the majority, who are in the same predicament due to low commodity prices. On the other hand there are those companies who have been able to show good numbers under the same adverse conditions by paying closer attention and compensating.

3, Put the Promax deal on hold or can it until they reduce their debt ratio which is worse than ours. In our weakened state Promax’s debt can hurt us.

4, Stop hiring every person you meet.

5, Communicate, where is the high potential exploration production from Endeavour? Your words not mine. I used your words to defend you in the reverse split mess. I ask you to defend what you have published through D & D regarding production. Isn’t this early 2002?

The outlook for Aspen in 2002 and beyond is dramatic.

The potential for a substantial increase in production from Sturgeon Lake is high. Newly identified natural gas structures will be developed into production. The company expects to drill at least four wells in this predominantly shallow gas area early in 2002.
