hmmmm. That's not their typical automated reply. That means that something active is probably going on there. I would definitely call them They are likely looking for people who have lost money in the scam.

SEC is NOT investagating FFGO or Santini.According to Stephen Johnston,at least to his knowledge.
If Santini states something in a k-8 and then does not follow thru,he is opening the door for legal action for misleading investors.They have many times taken legal action against pink sheet companies and will continue to do so if warrented he said.
He also said the proposed new law on the shorts was still in publc review and was getting alot of opposition to the new law.
I was not at home when he called my cell,i was in the middle of something and couldn't talk long and i didn't have my list of questions on me.sO sorry for the lack of questions,or wrong questions.I had called him back Tues but only got his voice mail,left message for him to call me back..
