From: This sender is DomainKeys verified [e-mail]>View contact details To: "Zecco Compliance" <[e-mail]>Cc: [e-mail]>1.i never received this letter. 2.i moved my account to you from td ameritrade because they were stealing shares out of my account. your company said they never heard of such a thing and assured me that your company would never do such a thing. 3.i have been living in mexico since may 1 2008 but go collect my mail one time per month in las vegas, nevada. i just got back to mexico from nevada august 28,2008.i never received this letter. 4.since 7/03/ 2008 pabn has traded millions and millions of shares and went up to .0002 with a .0001 ask . i bought another 2million at schwab of pabn in the august time frame and had to pay .0002 for the stock. the pabn traded also on 8/16/08 490k shares which were my purchases at schwab for .0001 . i called schwab yesterday to their back office and asked if there was something wrong with pabn ,i asked specifically if it was no longer dtc eligible ,they checked into it,called me back and said everything is fine and that pabn is trading clearing,dtc eligible ,the stock is still listed on pinksheets.com because it is dtc eligible,there are many marketmakers registered on level2..on the pinksheets.com you can also see that it has been for months on the reg sho list for naked shorting. 5. i can name many other stocks that i have in my portfolio that have no apparent inside bid. 6.all your excuses are incredible. 7.pabn traded 100k yesterday at .0001.8.the t a is located in vancouver bc canada.

10.tell penson you have to have the pabn shares back , they re the ones causing this problem. they did the same thing in my choicetrade account. choicetrade is putting the shares back into my accout. 11.pabn is a reverse merger candidate. 12. if the pabn skyrockets up in price you will be the bag holders ,because i deem you naked short my pabn stock and you will owe me lots of money. 13. this is a demand not a request ,put my 1 million pabn shares back into my account now before the surge in price.14 i have not seen any indication that pabn is worthless. in who's mind is pabn worthless?15.pabn panamericanbancorp cusip no. 69829x101 >>1 million shares taken erroneously from me. 16. i will never give permission to purge any of my shares ever. 17.call the dtc @ 888 382 2721 extension 4 then extension 2 and then extension 2 again and speak to the attorney section there at the dtc and they will set you atraight. 18. pabn has more than ten market makers registered to trade this stock 100k traded yesterday.19 the transfer agent is pac. ed. systems corp. ,850 west hastings st. suite 716vancouver,b.c. canada 20.call blake in the denver back office of schwab he also verifies that pabn is dtc eligible ph8004354000...the reason i asked blake was because i am holding newly purchased pabn in my schwab account. 2million. pabn and they would not dream of stealing any pabn shares. those shares were purhased and cleared by the dtc 21. my account is . 22. i appreciate that you are going to put back my pabn shares but i do not agree to pay $15 to get them back. i have wasted hours of my time and i get $350 per hourbilling rate. you will simply return the shares and mark my account to never do this in the future. 23. looking forward to seeing my pabn shares returned to my account asap. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxp.s. if for some reason you have further correspondence to send to me please send by email only marked urgent so that i may respond. i am doing a huge project in mexico and can only get to my snail mail once per month.

A letter was sent out to you on 7/03/08 from our clearing firm Penson Financial. The letter states that DTCC shows that PABN has had no transfer agent or company contact for 6 years or more. The letter asks for the customer to contact your broker to ask that this position not be purged from the account. You didn’t conact us for this purpose and your stock was purged and deemed worthless. If you go on to www.pinksheets.com and pull up the security PABN you will see there is no inside bid on the stock. Pinksheets has last conact as 3-01-01, please read the warnings that pink sheets gives in regards to this stock.

you better hurry and put the one million shares of "pabn" panamericanbancorp. back in my account 71208714,otherwise you will be deemed naked short my shares and you will be liable when the shares start to move up in price. if pabn moves to $1 based on some fundamental you will owe me $1million dollars. do you want that kind of liability?
you cannot get away with this ,and your uncaring silence will not be tolerated as the judge issues me the money from you plus triple damages and attorney fees -and you can kiss your pasadena california address goodbye too because your license will be forfitted for fraud and deceipt and possible rico criminal charges slammed on you for covorting and conspiring with penson to cover their naked short by stealing trading securitites.
