The delayed merger between Siri and XM suffered from the length of the merger news. Both companies incurred so much legal debt jumping through the hoops of the SEC for such a long time added to both their huge cash burns and individual debts, that the debt will keep the pps beaten down for years as a stock not worth the play.

Although this situation is different, CCMJ's merger is now apparently in the hands of the potential merger partner and requires there be no news until solid info can be pr'd...To my mind, not a good thing either as the merger could evaporate if the potential target doesn't like the offer. I'll believe it when I see it, but I will continue to hold here without chasing it.

Having said that, the pps has dropped down to tap the bottom trend line, and that is a chartist's entry point. If it consolidates here and gains traction, it could be the beginning of the next move up.....GLTA
