Nope the SEC would not get involved with such an issue. They deal in securities laws.

Yes, that's exactly right. The SEC can get involved in companies such as Logic Box who misrepresent themselves to their investors, regarding trading purposes.

Such as, not disclosing to their investors that Groves and He were not the true owners of SWARM and that Groves and He accepted funds from investors, for trading with SWARM and did not inform them of the current lawsuit with Spooz...and the list goes on :))

Spooz has first hand accounts/witnesses willing to come forward that can prove Groves and He were trying to secure them as investors for their company LogicBox, so Groves and He could use that investor money for trading with SWARM, while never having true ownership of SWARM.

Not to mention that Groves tried to pass himself off as the owner of Spooz, too.
