#7370 RE: catani #7367

You keep saying that there is billions of shares in the float. This is misleading to everyone. If you say in the O/S then we can agree. But since most of these shares (as of 6/30/08) are tied up until 2010 they cannot be considered in the float. The float are those shares that can be traded at anytime. Simple change in terminology would help your arguement.

Next, we have been getting the O/S count here almost every week from folks spending time to call the T/A. So we know the O/S has increased. With that said, how can you state that these shares are in the float? If this stock is as bad as you want to make it out to be, why would a retail investor but into the company.

I would tend to beleive that these shares may be also going into escrow. We can't know for sure because the company remains tight lipped. But history has shown with the latest financials that the tradeable float is smaller by about 50% of the total O/S.

The investor or investors buying these shares into escrow must have a very good reason to do so. After all, not many outside of myself here or on the SPZI board for that matter have been talking about 2010 being the year we all dream about. I will guarentee you that the shares being bought into escrow are not my shares.

Can you please tell us why you beleive that the shares in the O/S that have hit the market since 6/30/08 are in the float and not just escrowed into the O/S. Becasue if they are in escrow, wouldn't that be a great thing for investors?

These escrowed shares seem to be a simple loan. Maybe one of the "creative" ways of financing that a professional futures trader and a former SEC lawyer would look for when starting a brand new compnay that isn't even 1 year old.

See if you can look past you disgust for XXIS, SPZI and me for that matter to bring something to this board to justify your opinions. I would love to discuss this topic but will do so as an adult and responsible investor.

I really wish you all the best with your investment in XXIS and SPZI.
