um, no, not really. A forward split would simply reduce the stock price corresondingly to the ratio of the split. Unless there are certain, unkown, underlying factors, there is no reason to assume that a forward split of a 20 cents stock with hundreds of millions of shares outstanding would have any positive impact on prices.
