Taking into consideration that the A/S increase was filed officially on 05-Sep-08 - the T/A should probably have an accurate O/S count on Monday.

Sorry for the old news - the filing occurred last Friday at 12:25pm and I didn't recall reading a post that stated an UVSE email on Friday afternoon. Hopefully the T/A will have the accurate numbers and we can see if the suspicions are correct.
