Heck I wanna see how SEC Cox explains how NSS is no big deal when a non trading penny stock becomes the highest price stock with no business operations. We can buy the oil company after were in the brokerage business.
Just think if nobody sells the only way to remove the NSS is to buy them out. There must be some compensation fund to justify the issuing of the 230 million Oklahoma shares or Megas would have refused. Unless all those shares will be required purchased from the float meaning the cover will need to be 250%. I just can't imagine that. Can someone call in sick for me on the day we open because I'm really gonna be upset if I miss this thing start.
