How do you know there's 2.5 billion O/S right now? We haven't seen a filing since May on sharecount. And the TA is GAGGED.
As for sales/revenue, a 2% gain with losses increasing is hardly an increase Q over Q, especially in what is supposedly the company's best quarter. The filings ARE clear...the company is losing money faster than they are bringing it in. That leads to bankruptcy over time, unless the company continues to dole out shares.
As for an SEC Investigation, they also believe in innocent until proven guilty, so just because they may be looking into questions, doesn't mean they can hold the company back. Once they find the questions to be answered in a fashion that deems the company to be in violation, they can take action.
Seen it happen enough in the pennies.
