I was looking at LesH's 10d #s on Siliconinvestor. What constitutes a turn? On $SPX 80/28 appears to be the two numbers that you use.

For Oil&Gas Drillers it's hit 3 on the 10dma for the past 2 days.

XAU has been 0 for the past two days.
