I think at this point the market is worried about those last remaining 7 shares yet to be issued. This potential dilution is casting a pall on the share price. Once this worry is lifted, shareholders will be breathing a lot easier. Meanwhile it remains as a potential share overhang, casting long shadows across the now dormant AVWI.
