This is why buyer wants Baron. They would have more resources to build growth if Baron. Probably larger sales force. When I see client list of Baron my first thought of why buyer wanted them is we have to ability to expand sales to that client base. We can have better chances to win stadium contracts etc. It is the client list why they want Baron.
