It makes sense. I always wondered if Pacific got a good complete shareholder list from Thompson of the fake share certs.

To me at least, it would seem that Pacific didn't get sqwat from Thompson, and Empire must have inherited an incomplete shareholder list.

Thats why Megas never knew what certs were issued - legally or illegally
