I have always had to pay for my floats. Very little in life is actually free.

The FFGO "free float" discussion has been ongoing but I don't see the point since the real "float" by definition is pretty large. The FFGO float is larger than the total number of shares in XOM's O/S and since XOM is the largest company in the world, I think that would be large by anyone's definition.
