IW, that's what I was asking, if it was over ownership of the code or just straight theft.

If it’s over ownership, then I can see why we are not doing anything with it.

Anyway thank you and good luck to us all .

Great reply, unfortunately, it doesn't make any sense. You are mixing up spooztoolz and swarm. Swarm was never thought to be used from brokerages but from 141, the reason why they founded a new company. What has your whole post to do with spooz at all?
You didn't even mention 141 in it, so for your own sake, report it for being ot!
What did paulie say?
No Messers Groves and He didn`t affect spooztoolz at all!

IW are you saying that there is a doubt about the ownership?
Did He write the software? That could be a problem, if they are such **** how do we know if the software they wrote is any good?

Yep, thats the size of it alright. Bottom line is the ownership is definitely in question until a settlement is reached or a judgement rendered.

This is getting confusing

I thought that the whole rewrite took place to avoid a legal hang up like this. The court is debating ownership of the original version...why would that prohibit use of the retooled Unwin version?????

This is an important point; someone please clarify if at all possible
