I know bag8ger. Of course it's up to you. I intend to apply some heat on Gene Newton. Enough of this traveling the world. Lets stay in the USA and stop chasing rainbows and get something done with IWS down in Florida.

Gene is not a complete idiot by any means. I think he can talk to contractors, developers and others and perhaps get some business if he lays off the dilusional thinking end of it.
And stops believing his company is worth $3.50 per share.
