I don't think anyone can predict a sub-sub penny stock and where it will go next. But, this stock and company have enormous potential IMO.

Landing a huge contract is great news and will lead to much-needed revenue generation. This should lead to more contracts and more investors getting interested. That should lead to bigger share price.

IMO, this stock should currently be above its 52 week high (which is just above 1 cent per share, 0.011) on the great news, but maybe after we see the 1st Q of 2009 and it looks super (we hope), then the stock could really take off. IMO
