Or to allow for a 1 for 1 conversion of acquiring company's stock. If acquiring company was on a big boy exchange with a high share price, this would compensate us and get us to a higher exchange all in one motion.

I'm not sure if it's truly plausible, but it would probably make most of us happy.

To our Knowledge they hold the same type common Shares we own. So in this case whats good for their shares is good for ours. IMO
