I can't see the justification for more shorting on this, they already shorted/NSS the stock from .40 to .01 in about 13 trading days from the announcement on June 12th. Further shorting would be more than total overkill at this point. It's only a 6 to 1 A/S increase and we've already seen a 40 to 1 dilution. But it's Wall Street, so what the hell do I know, nothing in this stocks activity so far has performed on a normal basis. It's just the most bizzare thing I've ever experienced.
Possibly, but they may not have to issue any of the new shares if all goes well.
Any fallout from the increase would be short lived IMO. This isn't coming as any big surprise. People have known it's going to happen for quite a while now.
