No this is not a scam, but this is being manipulated. Shares are not being dumped due to the A/S increase, no one knows if it went through or not, no SEC filing, no news from the shareholders meeting. If the A/S increase was approved first we need a SEC filing to register the new shares, then we'd still have to wait for when the debentuires/warrants mature, not happening today or tomorrow, and then the CD/Warrant holders would have to request conversion to shares. None of this has happened yet, and may not happen at all. Someone is driving this down and accumulating a very large position, been seeing very larg buys as this continuwes downward, and the buys are getting larger.
