The additional draw is that MM Nite owns 5% of the os...which is only 7mil, so it trades quite thinly...takes nothing to move this stock. the company filed a 15-12g (termination of registration), which in some cases is taken as a positive sign of a potential reverse merger coming (easier to merge when you don't have to report). These types of plays can take years if they ever play out at all.
