Is Mr. Samuel's e-mail [e-mail] or [e-mail] ? The first one I sent an e-mail to him on August 18 and never got a response. I just tried sending it to the second one, which is also in your post, but it kicks back to me as a delivery failure.

Received another e-mail back from Trackbets CEO John D Samuel.

As discussed we will have information to announce very soon, possibly this week. We continue ardent negotiations on an acquisition and a JV, as previously released. Our success will depend on strong shareholder support, executing on our business plan, key partnerships and acquisitions in adjacent and congruent spaces and making certain to give something back to our investors at the appropriate time.
