RS are common in RM because the share structure is usually reworked to accomodate the merge partner(s). Best way to handle it I think is for the company to announce the merge is final and provide an outline of the highlights of what it means to the co. and shareholders, let it run and provide the details later in the 8K. JMO.

so far FRTL has held up nicely after the split. I am in it.
but, I just hate loosing all those shares, I was in another one, CGGP, now CTNO, its falling big time.
