cintrix, what's the up-side and or expectations of GTEC doing this R/S to prepare for up-listing? That is it is being doen to up-list this but..

Yaw expect these types cause it to run down for short period and then run back to even or?

Or run up for the uplisting..?

annual Finacials expected sept 15th too, which should be a 25% rev increase over 100 mil, .

Why yaw expect they doing this (primary r/s to prepare for up listing) just before Revs released?
