Now Rags how is that beneficial to new investors its not...Why don't you pick up the phone and call or email the company...if they do not respond then...you have legit room to complain about what is or is not going on...

morning ragmuff, i wonder how much of this time is the result of the t/a american green group uses. remember the t/a was slapped with fines by the sec for:
1. not filing paper work at all
2. filing paperwork late and or slow
this company, past and present has always been very slow with the name changes and or splits
