People feed off of success--they are getting great
feedback and im sure are in high spirits--this can
carry them a long way...

Its very difficult to order your four points in terms
of the challenge they pose--knee jerk reaction yields:

Financial > Market Verification > Competitive > Technical

Market Verification + patent wipes out competitive factors
but Market Verification depends on Technical, Technical
depends on Financial but Financial may be a moot point if
the Technical aspect is compelling enough...

The big question is how hard a bargain CLYW is going to drive
with the rest of its perspective licensee’s--this is a
burning question because as an "upstart" it is really difficult to gauge its bargaining power on anything other than the China Telecom Deal...

As far as execution is concerned I think they made a step in the right decision by outsourcing production to Flextronics. At least that's what they stated in their last filing. I always saw their own in house manufacturing as their weak spot.
