Hey, we all missed this from the last filing:

To ratify the selection of Cross, Fernandez & Riley, LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for 2008.


An independant auditor is also another good thing to add to the list, kills the arguement from last week of the un-audited 10Q's.
