I wouldn't go so far as to say "very bad" leole. The reason I write that is that EVEN IF they were to have reissued the shares retired in February (when the O/S count was 47 million), that still leaves us way, way undervalued. The low O/S share count and rapidly increasing revs is what still has me as a believer. If one can say ANY smallcap has a "safety margin" built in (lol!), then this one is it. Again, anything is possible, blah, blah, etc. etc.....but this IS a real business, been around 20 years, just raised prices 15-20% showing pricing power, a diverse and worldwide customer base...many more positives vs negatives in my view. We get that quarterly very soon and I believe there will be no shortage of "believers" joining us!

Slowly piecemeal sold off my shares after we had that day when 25 got killed and it didn't move. I did it because I thought buyers might disappear and the dilluter would hit the bid once the ask buyers quit.
As you have observed, that is what has been happening, but there also seems like plenty of buyers still out there willing to support the bid at .02.
It still earns a watch list seat based on that behavior, who knows,
it could simply take off on any news and you will be richly rewarded for your patience.
As for me,I had the timing perfect to turn a 75 percent profit in 2 days and decided to hold for and uptrend that unfortunately didn't develope.Oh well, can't win em all,I'd be rich if I had that kind of vision. However, experience has taught me not to hold the pink stuff too long if it doesn't do what you had in mind.
