Despite the accolades given that con artist on this board and other locales around the web, Scamtini is nothing but a big time huckster who has conned shareholders since the day he took the CEO position from the current Chairman of this scam, Peter "Big Lie" Bezzano, who took the helm from Michael "BS Artist" Saner.

Filing false 8k's is serious.. No excuse why the TA has not received what they needed from the company to reduce the shares. The reduction in shares claimed in one of the first 8k's was over 2 months ago claiming that the TA was informed. Not only that the Company put in a pr that it would be taken care of last week and if what you stated is true it has not been taken care of.
