As of this date I read nothing whatsoever that Beebe resigned and if you go to the SOS of Florida John H. Beebe is still listed as the main director officer.

Please show me in the PR where it said he resigned? It just said it had a new CEO Mark Klok...

Don't you think it is a little strange that both Mark and John are in the Gold mining business?

Don't you think it is strange that John Beebe rebuilt his restaurant from selling Pink stock in his shells and now the boys are going into the Restaurant business together?

IMO joined at the hip pocket! The FLA SOS STILL HOLDS THIS AS A FLA CORP. Do these idiots think we would take their word and not check with the SOS ? WOW ZER!
