Nice scenario...alot of what ifs in your "sandy-esk" valuation. Knowing Mr. Winick and hw he lies and takes care of his own self first, good chance nothing will happen to bkmp. Even if TFN is sold, you are being naive to think that bkmp will be worth something. 15% or 14% or 1%...it is all in the hands of Sandy Winick and I would not trust him with a dollar, let alone possible millions. That money will go on a non-stop trip to his pocket.

The ONLY way this will rise from the horrible death it has had, is it there is MAJOR HYPE, or enough of the "followers" start to buy up billions of shares. It will no way move on any merits since there are none.

BKMPP? Happy Encounters? Thai President? Ficticious outright valuation lie? Think about it!

nice equation but pinks don't work from P/E ratio's. they work off of Float/OS. That is what gives pinks their pps, not company numbers because since they are not audited they can't be proven of their worth.

the P/E ratio doesn't work to stop companies from manipulating it's stock.
