Exactly... Not many people seem to get that. One of the advantages of being a PK is the protection you're talking about. Don't get me wrong, it's a double edged sword, but you're dead on about the protection PK status offers.

But, all shorters know that pink CEO's ALWAYS OWN A
NEVER-DILUTABLE 51+% OF ALL EVER POSSIBLE 'VOTES' ,
AND CONVERTIBLE COMMON 'SHARES' , AND ALL 'ASSETS' .

And, since they always 'own' an UNdilutable 51+% of
everything, forever; if their pinky ever accidentally
'does good' ; they could/will just 'vote' themselves
ALL THE WAY UP TO WHATEVER THEY WANT.

So, the common pinky long 'share'holders Never Really
Own Anything, BECAUSE, THEY NEVER GET TO VOTE, whenever
the 51+% guy 'votes' himself UP TO 99++% , if it is ever
'worth' doing.

Meanwhile, wnbd makes 'hardly anything' on any sale.
They would be lucky to get 1% of any retail sale , and
then they blow it all, and more, on 'salaries + bonuses' .

Here's why.

1] wnbd makes NONE of their 'products' .

2] surefill [SF] makes them all. [Although, we shorters are
betting that the wnbd CEO '~owns' surefill. Which keeps
All profits, so wnbd common 'share'holders get $zero.]
[Plus, SF keeps 'making' stuff that leaks and/or 'dents'
during shipping. Which is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE TO ANY MAJOR
RETAILER.]

3] Then, SF ships their frequent leakers to 'Distributors' .

4] Then, the 'Distributors' ship to 'chain store' warehouses.

5] Then, the 'chain store' warehouses must re-package and
re-ship to every individual podunk mini-store.

That's why No Major U.S. Retailer will buy any wnbd stuff.

And, everybody, EXCEPT wnbd, MUST PROFIT ON THE SUPPLY CHAIN.
[wnbd can survive by printing + dumping more new common
'shares' . That's why they stay pink. Because they don't
ever have to tell anyone. And, wnbd is Foreign, so the U.S.
SEC will never care, anyway.]

Plus, Real U.S. Stock Exchange Companies DO NOT LIKE TO
DEAL WITH FOREIGN PINKYS, that hide everything.

So, the shorters are betting that wnbd will never get an
'order' from U.S. Wal-Mart , or K-Mart, or Home Depot.

However, 'SF' might. After wnbd goes BK.
