LOL! Nagin knows where the responsibility should have been placed with Katrina. He successfully redirected the blame at the federal government. He knows he can't do that again. Though, I wonder if he or the governor (forgot her name) have already asked for the fed to be on stand by.

My Uncle and cousins made the decision to leave yesterday. Apparently, the traffic started 4 days ago.
