In the earlier PR's, they avoided the county name altogether, they knew what was going on and didn't release the info, probably because of some legality issues or something. They always said "Oklahoma" instead of the county name like one would expect. I think they didn't release the county info until after they were done because switching focus in the middle of the process could have been taken in a very negative way.
