There is no mention of a dividend or even Monarc, yet it is supposed to be "Majority Position Asset To Be Sold And Dividend Out Aquired In Private Placement "

The second "filing" is this;

A filing in lieu of a 13G??? What the hell is that?

This filing says nothing about cash, just the "imagined" value of assets;

I thought there was something weird about these filings, so I checked the SEC database. They have no filings whatsoever for Monarc.

Sent a message off to pinsksheets to ask what these "filings" really are.
