The pro-life thing is an interesting debate. In the end I think it's a decision that has no place in politics.
It is an extremely personal decision that each woman and or couple have to come to terms with.
My wife and I faced the same set of circumstances with our son during the early stages of pregnancy. We went through all the tests except for the definitive Amniocentesis. We chose not to have it done because it would not have made a difference in whether to keep the baby or not.
I can tell you this though. There was a hell of a lot of praying going on for the next 5 months. lol. And it seemed like for ever in the delivery room before he finally let out a scream.
