Fsmith - you need to study things a little more carefully. If you look back at that picture Richie posted, you'll see that the area that "is all dirt" has "MDOR TPE" written on it which stands for Thermoplastic Elastomers future production site. TPE's are compounds made with a mixture of rubber and plastic, and will be the real pay-off for MDOR downstream. The present plant is that large building below and slightly to the right of it.
To which I don't know the exact answer for absolute certain but seeing as the company tells us the present facility they have leased is 10000 sq. ft. and also that the planned TPE plant being right next door would be most convenient the structure marked SD Windmills is the most likely candidate in my view. Also seem to recall that MDOR's new facility would not be the only business under the same roof somehow. I would go along with Mak's information as the most likely building MDOR now occupies.
Good question, does this answer your inquiry accurately enough?
Anyway the chips fall. There is no better substitute than YOUR OWN DD Including mine...good luck!
