The answer to that is NOBODY does!!!! That is pure manipulation at it's absolute finest, period.

There is no other sensible explanation.

Someone "might" say it's the remainder of a partial fill and yes, sometimes that does happen. But it doesn't happen with the frequency, or timing that we have been seeing here on multiple occasions.


"Sort of" is such a harmless thing to say. "Sort of". It's just a filler. "Sort of" - It doesn't really mean anything. But after certain things, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
