You are right, Fidelity charges big time for pennies!

Unfortunately, I'm trading out of my Fidelity Rollover IRA. That keeps me out of the tax problem for the time being. Having said that, Fidelity can charge me whatever they want and I can't do anything about it while I continue to trade there.
