Ok if you dont mind a rebuttal, where would be be without the transportation of food ?, Or synthetics for clothing and home materials ? Or heating for our homes ? If this beats on mother nature a little to keep us alive than what surrender our lives, I dont think so.

I dont think that folks realize how bad no energy or highly expensive energy will be to life here on our planet. That at least has to be weighed in on our way to more earth friendly energy sources.

So your response did not answer the question of specifics in terms of how drilling is damaging. Its ok if you dont know for alot is not known about that.
