I voted for, for, for, against, for. I beleive that the company directors are doing an incredible job at increasing revenue for the company and increasing shareholder value. The A/S is required in order to stave off possible liquidity and/or bankruptcy due to the past CD's which were required to further the drilling capacity of the company's goals. There may be a future increase of O/S, but with the current and future revenue growth of this company, I am not the least bit worried by it.
