Grey not sure of the type of deal worked out with AES could have been an asset sale or straight purchase which in either case the assets of AES become part of AMNE and so could part of the debt of AES...Not the $38 million in lose carryforwards from the shell...All I am stating is that the $38 million was not a result of the operations of AES...
It appears they did get the assets and the $38 mill was loses from when AMNE was a development Stage Company (or shell)Not a result of AES operations...
