If the company claims losses inflicted by prior management under different company names, then any discussion of prior management under said names is fair and on-topic.

This makes it impossible to argue otherwise.

than why are they posted under their financial"s if they belong to someelse? so the clean shell wasn't clean, it came with 38 million dollars in prior loses to carry over, thats why they're on american green groups financials...oh and by the way, we don't want no stinking oil wells, leases, equipment, pipe, etc. american green group just wants the carryover losses so we dont have to pay any taxes, is this legal????
