Good to see that it's working. Still wish I could find a way to duplicate it. Solving a problem is a good thing, but sometimes solving it without really figuring out what was wrong is worse than not solving it.

I'll put the text back in later and try to sort it out. I'll have to double-check, but the site likely doesn't use a hard-coded encoding specifier, which may be part of the problem.

Did you see my message about the URL nonsense that was happening any time that iBox was visible? Kind of a programmer's bane: data that gets interpreted as instructions. Yuck. Kinda like the ever-present thing of storing string-delimiting stuff like quotes and commas, but a bit more sinister this time. At least, that's what I'm suspecting. That some combination of characters in that iBox was being interpreted by certain browsers as a command (like an encoding directive) that converted underscores to "+AF8-", and other non-alpha characters to other weird things.

I have yet to find any kind of encoding that has F8 representing an underscore, though. Definitely not in ASCII or UniCode.
